The Yoga Journey
I have been a heart centred Yoga Teacher in Wyoming since 2018. I aim to provide classes that quiet the mind and let you access a natural, meditative state. Gaining mobility in the body, you’ll have healthier joints and a true flexibility you never knew you had.
The Path of Yoga is endless — it all starts within, and expands into a never-ending journey of Self discovery and growth. I Love each and every person who joins my class and I look forward to providing you with the space & instruction to achieve your wellness goals.

The Joys of Yoga
This Small Group Session allows you to dive deeper into yoga practice. Classes are in a private, heated room next to the public Yoga space. Strengthening and de-stressing Hatha asanas are combined with resetting and decompressing SRY asanas. This is a popular one, and space is limited, so go ahead and book today.
Supreme Release Yoga Private Session
The Subtle Yoga Decompress, Release, Rest
My Supreme Release Yoga Private Session is a much-needed break from the stress and speed of everyday life. Everything is set up for you, leave your yoga mat at home as you are expertly guided. This public drop in class allows you to dive into a yoga practice without the commitment of pre-registration. The focus is on alignment and breath, and a special emphasis on proper technique helps you reconnect and rejuvenate your body. A fun and assessable class to all, so drop in and start your week off right.
Holding Sacred Space for your Healing
Specializing in Hatha and Supreme Release Yoga, Ruth gently and expertly guides you to a Sacred Space of Healing and Rejuvenation. Where Hatha can build strength and confidence, Supreme Release Yoga will slow you down to allow incorporation of your healing work. SRY will leave you feeling like you just got a massage while reducing pain & improving sleep. You’ll also experience improved posture, digestion, fertility and menstruation. Along with the anti-aging benefits, you’ll have healthier joints and improved true flexibility. SRY works with the spine like a chiropractor, decompressing the spine thus reducing the strain on the internal organs and the muscles connected to the spine and pelvis. With a quiet mind and a more meditative state, stress, anxiety and depression will be reduced.
